TaskChad.
Voice intake for law firms

Handle the first legal-intake conversation without giving legal advice.

TaskChad helps a firm structure English and Spanish intake, practice-area routing, consultation requests, and urgent handoffs around an approved professional boundary.

Vertical call spec

Approved facts before generated answers.

  • +Practice areas and matters the firm does not handle
  • +Office hours, locations, consultation policy, and languages
  • +Approved intake and conflict-check preparation
  • +Human escalation and urgent-contact rules
Conversation design

Collect only what the approved next step requires.

TaskChad structures the call around a useful intake, a known human owner, and the boundary between general business information and sensitive or regulated judgment.

Useful intake

Information the reviewed path may collect

  • +Caller name and safe callback information
  • +General matter category and jurisdiction
  • +High-level timing or deadline concern
  • +Preferred language and requested next step
Safe escalation

Conditions that need a person

  • !Legal advice or case-merit questions
  • !Deadlines, distress, safety, or urgent court issues
  • !Conflicts, unknown practice areas, or policy uncertainty
  • !Any request to speak with an attorney or staff member
Industry boundary

The receptionist supports the process. It does not become the professional.

The workflow may collect approved intake information and explain the firm's general process. It must not assess legal rights, predict an outcome, interpret a deadline, create an attorney-client relationship, or present TaskChad as a law firm.

A local concept is not a customer-ready phone line.

Production requires verified identity, consent, provider ownership, quotas, replay protection, approved business truth, integration controls, QA evidence, monitoring, and a kill switch.

FAQ

Things people ask

What can a TaskChad receptionist handle for law firms?

It can be designed to greet callers, answer from approved business facts, collect the reviewed intake fields, and follow documented routing language. The final capability depends on the business truth, consent, integrations, and production approvals.

What happens when the caller needs a person?

A request for a person, uncertainty, distress, urgency, a regulated question, or an unknown policy follows the configured escalation path. The public preview cannot place a real transfer.

Can it work in English and Spanish?

Yes, when the approved knowledge, intake, and escalation path are reviewed in both languages. Bilingual support must cover the full conversation, not only the greeting.

Is the Voice Studio a live agent?

No. It is a local specification and static preview. Production provider access, identity, consent, quotas, integrations, QA, and launch approval are separate.
