TaskChad.
Terms

Plain terms. No surprises.

How billing, cancellation, refunds, and what is included work. In plain language, the same way Pedro explains it on the phone.

TaskChad Revenue Diagnostic

The anonymous TaskChad Revenue Diagnostic in ChatGPT calculates a deterministic operating score from nine categorical answers. It is a directional educational diagnostic, not a revenue forecast, financial or legal advice, regulated advice, proof that a missed-call receiver works, or a guarantee of business results.

The V1 diagnostic is read-only and commerce-neutral. It does not create a TaskChad lead or customer record, store the answers or result, retrieve private data, initiate calls, texts, or emails, book an appointment, accept payment, or activate any TaskChad service.

Use the result as one operating input and verify decisions against your own records and qualified professional advice where appropriate. TaskChad may update the diagnostic and score version over time, but will not silently expand a published V1 tool into a data-storage or action workflow.

Billing

Your checkout and receipt identify the product, any one-time fee, monthly price, and included allowance. TaskChad Instant Chat is $29 per month with no setup fee. If Basic Installation is selected before checkout, its $49 one-time fee is added to the first invoice. Voice Receptionist and AI Front Desk charge their published setup plus the first month at checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled.

Private offers keep the exact price, limits, and scope shown on the signed offer and Stripe checkout. Those offer-specific terms control if they differ from the public starter terms below.

Cancel any time

Month to month. There is no long-term contract and no early-cancel penalty.

To cancel, email pedro.mendoza@taskchad.com or use the billing portal link in your receipt. Canceling stops all future charges. There is no penalty for leaving.

Refunds

A setup or Basic Installation fee becomes non-refundable when TaskChad begins that work. If TaskChad cannot safely deliver the purchased starter scope, TaskChad refunds the unearned one-time fee and first-month charge. A custom-scope credit is offered only with the customer's explicit approval.

Canceling stops the next charge. We do not pro-rate or refund the month you are currently in. You keep your service through the end of the month you already paid for.

What is included and the limits

TaskChad Instant Chat includes 500 visitor conversations. Voice Receptionist Starter includes 300 inbound minutes. The AI Front Desk Bundle includes both allowances. Each starter covers one website, one knowledge base, English and Spanish, and standard alerts. Voice also includes one inbound number and one transfer destination.

There are no automatic overage charges. TaskChad notifies the customer and operator at 70%, 85%, and 100%. At the cap, voice uses the approved fallback destination and chat falls back to deterministic contact capture until an upgrade is approved.

Outbound calling, multiple locations, custom CRM work, voice cloning, unusual regulated behavior, or larger allowances require a custom scope.

Instant Chat and reviewed Voice activation

TaskChad Instant Chat can launch in Safe Mode when the website scan, customer approval, payment, domain, specification, model, quota, email, and installation gates all pass. Self-install customers receive the supplied script. Customers who purchase $49 Basic Installation before checkout receive one basic installation on one website that supports custom scripts. Later hands-on help and custom engineering require a separate Managed Chat scope. If an automatic gate fails, the same paid order moves to assisted fulfillment rather than silently launching.

AI Front Desk uses a split activation: its Chat component may launch in Instant Chat Safe Mode, while its Voice component remains reviewed. Standalone Voice Receptionist also remains reviewed. After complete Voice intake, TaskChad targets a private preview within two business days and a reviewed production launch within five business days. Missing, inaccurate, or incomplete customer inputs pause those timelines.

Instant Chat Safe Mode answers only approved business facts, explains uncertainty, supports English and Spanish, and offers a consented lead form. It does not accept custom system prompts or arbitrary tools, book calendars, write to CRMs, send customer-facing SMS or email, quote prices, accept payment, make guarantees, or provide regulated advice. Broader actions require a separately approved custom scope.

Payment does not authorize automatic Voice activation, phone routing, custom CRM writes, calendar booking, outbound messaging, or other connected actions. Those remain blocked until the applicable TaskChad review and QA gates pass.

Starter products may collect bounded regulated-business intake, but they do not provide advice, binding, diagnosis, legal conclusions, financial recommendations, or unsupported claims.

Work beyond a starter scope, meaning TaskChad-led implementation, custom behavior, integrations, or higher-touch ongoing work, is quoted as a custom AI Employee engagement on a call. It is not part of any starter checkout. Existing Managed Chat subscribers keep the terms they signed up on.

Existing private plans

Existing customers keep the price and allowance stated in their original offer and receipt. For example, a private website-and-receptionist plan sold at $260 setup and $200 per month keeps its original website-edit and 480-minute terms unless the customer agrees to a change.
