TaskChad.
Revenue Engine layer 05

Keep the next step moving after the first contact.

TaskChad turns leads, quotes, appointments, documents, and customer requests into owned follow-up paths with clear stop rules and operator visibility.

Follow-up state

Every open loop needs a reason.

Customer
Known record
Consent
Channel-specific
Owner
Named and reachable
Next action
Due or visibly blocked
Stop rule
Documented before launch
Follow-up jobs

Different customer states require different next steps.

TaskChad designs the smallest useful action around the real business state, rather than dropping every contact into the same generic sequence.

01

New inquiry

Confirm receipt, assign the owner, and keep the expected response visible.

02

Quote or proposal

Track the decision window and prepare the next approved follow-up when the buyer goes quiet.

03

Appointment

Support confirmation, preparation, rescheduling, and a clear no-show path.

04

Missing document

Request the specific item through an approved channel and stop when it arrives or the customer opts out.

05

Completed work

Request feedback or a review fairly, without gating customers by sentiment.

06

Repeat need

Use a documented service interval or customer request, not an invented urgency trigger.

State machine, not blast list

The customer journey stays inspectable.

The system records why a person is in the workflow, what action is allowed, who owns the exception, and the event that ends the sequence.

Designed to do

Prepare, deliver, reconcile, and surface exceptions.

Only inside the approved audience, event, channel, timing, content, and stop rules for that workflow.

Designed not to do

Spam, invent urgency, hide opt-outs, or fabricate customer state.

The system must not contact people without a valid basis or continue when the customer, policy, or owner says stop.

FAQ

Things people ask

Does TaskChad send messages automatically?

Only in a reviewed production workflow with known consent, approved message behavior, channel policy, identity controls, stop rules, and a human owner. Public design surfaces do not send anything.

Can follow-up work without a CRM?

A durable system needs a reliable record of the customer, consent, owner, state, and next action. If the business has no system of record, establishing a simple one may be the first responsible install.

How does the system know when to stop?

The workflow defines completion, opt-out, reply, owner takeover, stale-data, error, and maximum-attempt conditions. Stop behavior is part of the production specification, not an afterthought.

Can it request reviews?

A reviewed workflow can request honest feedback after a real customer event. It should use the same fair process for customers rather than asking only people expected to leave a positive review.
